Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah. I completed most of my licensing hours in Utah, then moved to Pennsylvania where I completed my LCSW in 06/2019.

My approach to therapy

I like to be organized and have a plan; based on treatment goals and recent issues. I will come into sessions with a direction, but will take a detour for a more pressing issues. I am a therapist who gives homework, it is not to give you a grade for therapy, but rather to encourage progress to continue outside of our session.

What you can expect from me

I like to get the formal stuff out of the way, going through the policies, and typical intake questions. It is important that within the first few sessions we create a treatment plan, as that will be the roadmap for our work together. I try to also end with some education or a coping skill.
