Kayleen Weinandt

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist specializing in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and anxiety disorders. I provide individual mental health therapy via telehealth to clients aged 12 and older across the state of Arizona.

My foundation in clinical social work spans both my undergraduate and graduate degrees, with a focused academic concentration on diagnosing and treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

My treatment approach is individualized, integrative, and focused on whole-person care. Guided by person-in-environment and life-course perspectives, my practice framework emphasizes developmental life stages, cognitive and behavioral neuroscience, and the thoughtful implementation of somatic-based therapies. Through this holistic lens, I partner with clients to support meaningful healing and growth tailored to their unique life experiences.

I understand that starting therapy can feel awkward or anxiety-inducing, which is why I prioritize creating a warm, relaxed, and safe environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. In our first session together, my focus is simply on getting to know you—learning about your story, your strengths, and your unique perspective on the world. I am dedicated to offering a supportive, accessible space where we can work together to process trauma, manage anxiety, and build lasting resilience at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
