Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed counselor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, who has been working with folks with mental health and substance abuse issues since 2016. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but I try to work with clients to find ideas and strategies that resonate with them.

My approach to therapy

I gravitate towards Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with clients, but use a variety of approaches including CBT and mindfulness - all evidence based therapies. I have experience working with clients with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance abuse.

What you can expect from me

We'll gather some information on what's going on, how it's impacting you, and create some goals together, focusing on what you want to get out of therapy.
