Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy, compassion, and a personalized approach. I believe in meeting each person where they are in their journey, and collaboratively constructing a plan that is tailored to meet individual needs, goals, and values.

Since completing graduate school at Holy Name University in the East Bay of California, I have spent many years working with adolescents. young adults, and families. I have experience in school based work (non-public school setting), working within County mental health and supporting children and families navigating social services and the foster system, as well as coordinating care for complex cases, collaborating across systems to support with meeting needs. These different settings have provided me the opportunity to work with a very diverse client base and support with a variety of unique and individualized needs.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're facing relationship struggles, personal growth challenges, or significant life transitions, my approach is grounded in understanding, active listening, and mutual respect. I work with clients to build effective coping strategies, improve communication, and foster healthy, fulfilling relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and find lasting solutions to their concerns.

What you can expect from me

First session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore hopes and goals within treatment, and elicit rapport and safety within the therapeutic environment.
