Great to meet you!

I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is purely client-centered. I meet each client where they are and walk with them as we take steps forward toward their desired goal.

What you can expect from our first session

My first priority is to make sure that my client walks away from each session with a sense of relief. I provide a place where you can lay your heaviest burdens and walk away feeling motivated to continue the work you have started with me.
