I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a bachelor’s in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I specialized in trauma and crisis. Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to South Florida in 2021. My passion for this work began while interning at a nonprofit that supported survivors of sexual violence, where I also volunteered on the crisis hotline. I later worked as a youth advocate for foster children and teens experiencing homelessness.
I offer virtual therapy for adolescents and focus on PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, and school stress. I use Trauma-Focused CBT, Play and Sandtray Therapy, EMDR, and other integrative approaches to support healing. In our work together, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk through your concerns, goals, and personal history at your own pace.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, gathering background information, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll also talk through treatment options, answer any questions you have, and create a plan that feels personalized to your needs and comfort level.
