Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Kayleigh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Tennesee. I also have my PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, in school settings, and at a non-profit facility. I have primarily provided therapy to adolescents and their families, but I also work with younger children and older adults providing individual, family, and couple therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity issues, and stress management.

My approach to therapy

In addition to my therapy background, I am also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). This informs my holistic approach to therapy, as I believe that all elements of a client's life contribute to their current experience. As a therapist, I am direct and honest in a way that is purposeful to your growth. I believe my job is to enter your world and focus on your strengths yet also provide a different perspective on what is going on/what might be helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave our sessions feeling more in tune with themselves. Regardless of what their presenting problem is, I have found that helping clients pause and connect to themselves helps them better navigate whatever life is throwing at them.
