Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just needing clarity, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, build practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients find meaning in their experiences. I often use an existential lens, supporting clients as they explore identity, purpose, values, and the choices that shape their lives. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where we can make sense of challenges together and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity and intention. My work is especially focused on helping clients move through life transitions, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment where they feel safe to share at their own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded about next steps.
