Great to meet you!

Dr. Fitzpatrick helps individuals overcome traumatic experiences and break free from patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, and emotional exhaustion. Through trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy, I help clients reduce stress, heal attachment wounds, build healthier relationships, and move through life with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we'll explore how your past experiences may be influencing your relationships, emotions, and the way you respond to stress today.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I'll help you gain insight into what's driving your anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles, or emotional exhaustion while equipping you with practical tools to create lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR-informed interventions, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, relationships, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. We'll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to how you're feeling and collaborate on goals for therapy.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
