Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with greater self-understanding, resilience, and compassion. My path into this work was driven by a deep interest in the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health, and I believe meaningful healing often happens when we consider the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are while also feeling supported to grow and make meaningful changes. I view therapy as a partnership and work alongside my clients to better understand patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their values and sense of self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can share as much or as little as feels right for you.

During our initial session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, mental health background, and any other factors that may be important to understanding your experiences. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—it's completely okay if you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or nervous.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my style, the therapy process, and what ongoing work together might look like.

Many clients tell me they leave the first session feeling relieved to have a space where they can openly talk about what they've been carrying and with a clearer understanding of the path forward.
