Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Kaylyn, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia. I graduated with my MSW from Radford University in Virginia, and have been practicing for 4 years. I am passionate and committed to supporting others through their mental health & healing journey. I am truly honored to bear witness to the lives and experiences of the clients I work with. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for sharing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is first and foremost nurturing the therapeutic relationship. Establishing trust is key. I utilize a variety of approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and DBT and develop and individualized approach based on needs and goals of the client.
