Great to meet you!

I’m Kaymara Gayle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with adults (18+) navigating grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and depression. My approach is supportive and collaborative—I don’t just listen, I partner with you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and challenges that may be holding you back and work toward insight, healing, and growth.

I’m an insightful and compassionate therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are. Whether you're overwhelmed by loss, stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, or battling anxious or low moods, I will help you make sense of what you're feeling and why. I value honesty, care deeply about my clients’ progress, and bring a thoughtful, strategic mindset to our work.

You don’t have to face things alone. If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply and move toward change, I’m here to guide and support you each step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I create a safe space where you can be honest, reflect deeply, and explore what’s holding you back. I use a mix of therapeutic techniques—drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based approaches—to meet your individual needs. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work with you to uncover patterns, process emotions, and build tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, emotional relief, and practical strategies they can apply in daily life. Over time, you can expect to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, improve how you navigate relationships, and feel more grounded and empowered. Whether you're working through grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or depression, I will walk with you every step of the way as we make sense of what you’re going through and help you move forward with intention and strength.
