Great to meet you!

Hello/Hola! As a counseling psychologist I like to empower people by providing perspective taking in a warm, non-judgemental, and accepting environment. My clients would tell you that I focus on their strengths and love to use humor in session because "we all have to learn to bat those curveballs life brings us". Most of my clients are neurodivergent with trauma, depression, and/or anxiety. I also work with pre/postpartum mental health, inter-generational trauma, chronic pain, grief, and co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is varied, creative, and based on your particular needs. I teach being in the moment and reframing thoughts to help people overcome any obstacles that come their way. I provide a non-judgmental and active approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

As someone who has had my own mental health struggles, I know a genuine and knowledgeable therapist is hard to find but so necessary. During your first session, we will be gathering information about your life circumstances and presenting difficulties. This allows for a preliminary diagnosis that will guide you treatment.
