Great to meet you!

With a professional background in art therapy and specialization in mood disorders and gender informed care, I focus on using people's natural creativity to work on developing tools to live towards a life worth living and being authentic. I received my Masters degree at Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016, specializing in art therapy and have practiced as an in-home therapist, outpatient clinician, and currently in private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to take a collaborative and reflective approach in my work. Art materials are an important part of how I use different tools to support you in developing a better understanding of unhelpful and helpful patterns of living your life. Additionally, you come to session as your whole self, and I tend to take the approach of considering all aspects of who you are in the work we do together.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you come away from our sessions with tangible tools to practice and a sense of practice, not perfection. We are human after all! The goals we work towards are focused on how you want to live a life worth living and my goal is to keep us accountable to that work.
