Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree from Long Island University, graduating in 2011. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience working as a social worker in diverse settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and currently in a school environment. My clinical expertise includes providing crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to supporting individuals through challenging times with empathy and evidence-based approaches to foster healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding your unique story and needs. This session is a safe space where you can share your concerns, experiences, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals for therapy and begin to identify the areas you want to work on.
