
Hi, I am Keann Pender. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, more specifically I am someone who helps facilitate change in people's lives and relationships. I started my career over 16 years ago counseling grieving families through many end of life decisions. Upon graduating NYU, I have worked helping individuals and couples who feel that no matter what they do it eventually leads to stress and frustration.

My method is structured and research-oriented with an emphasis on understanding patterns and monitoring progress. I use Solution-Focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you learn practical skills to cope with anxiety, depression or any of life's stresses. Together we will work on strategies to make positive changes. I know from my many years of experience that you have the ability to make positive changes in your life if you're willing to let me guide you through the process.
