Great to meet you!

Hello! I am SO glad you're here and that you found me! My name is Kearston Rudolph and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) working in the Worthington, Ohio area.

I work with children, teens and young adults with a wide range of presenting concerns related to: Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Relationship Issues, Creating Boundaries, Communication, Self-esteem/Self-worth, Life Transitions and the stress that simply comes from growing up! I also have a passion for working with the siblings, parents and/or entire family units of my clients to allow the most cohesive and cooperative relationships possible.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, strength-based and client-centered in nature. I realize that no two kiddos are the same, and therefore customize my therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Helping them find their innate strengths - even ones they may not recognize - can be so empowering and encouraging for them. Both professional and life experiences have equipped me to recognize the resiliency embedded in every individual’s story.

What you can expect from our first session

My main goal is for kiddos to leave my office feeling loved, validated, safe and accepted...I also want them to have LOTS of fun! I deeply value emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship and honestly consider it a privilege to be allowed into the difficult and critical spaces of their lives.
