Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience helping adolescents and adults navigate depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, trauma, and the impact of domestic violence. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Domestic Violence, and hold a degree in Clinical Psychology with additional certification in Alcohol and Other Drug Studies. I am licensed to practice in both California and Virginia.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, trauma, and domestic violence. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and trauma-focused therapies. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships and coping, and navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to accomplish. We’ll discuss their current concerns, goals, and relevant history, begin identifying areas for growth, and develop a treatment approach tailored to their individual needs.
