Great to meet you!

Therapy is a great space to start untangling life’s messy knots. Whether you are feeling stuck, navigating trauma, questioning your choices, therapy is a chance to process, grow, and reclaim your life and relationships. I can help you identify what is keeping you stuck and develop a plan to get you moving forward.

I received a Psy.d in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University in 2015. I also hold double Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology & Counseling. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Care, Addiction Treatment, Gottman, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and focused on helping you build resilience and move toward healing at your own pace. I'm strengths-based and sprinkled with a little humor because growth doesn’t have to be always painful. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore, process, and grow authentically whether it is just for you or for couples.

What you can expect from me

I strongly believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where my clients can feel heard and understood. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or couples, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and empowerment. I will be able to help guide you through your struggles and towards you living your best life.

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, free of judgment, and full of compassion. I listen closely, offer gentle guidance, and check in often to make sure you feel heard and understood.
