Great to meet you!

The process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming. It is difficult to know who could be a good match for you based on a brief profile or a photograph. Beyond this profile, I am here to answer any questions that you may have. My therapeutic approach is informed by my work as a 21 year Military Veteran. I define my style as a balance of support, empathy, relatability, warmth, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My experience includes working with clients from a variety of different backgrounds. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, transition issues, grief/loss, and self-esteem. I have spoken to national audiences on issues related to self-injurious behavior, self-esteem, depression with adolescents and young adults.

I believe in creating a safe place where clients can express their vulnerabilities and share their difficult stories in a space that is free of judgment.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a safe place where clients can express their vulnerabilities and share their difficult stories in a space that is free of judgment. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you to achieve happiness and wholeness.
