Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My work focuses on supporting individuals through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. As a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can occur.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in hospital settings, schools, and community mental health agencies. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and to provide tailored support that meets each individual’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care and integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions. I believe in empowering clients by helping them recognize their strengths, develop emotional resilience, and find solutions that promote lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a supportive, trusting relationship. We’ll start by discussing what brings you to counseling, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the counseling process and share anything you feel comfortable with at your own pace—there’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away.

I am passionate about promoting wellness through mindfulness, grounding, and somatic exercises that enhance self-awareness and emotional stability. My goal is to help you navigate life’s difficulties with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion—fostering both personal and relational growth.
