If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the stress of daily life, you deserve more than quick fixes—you deserve a path forward. I believe real healing starts with real connection, which is why I focus on building honest, respectful, and supportive relationships with every client.

I genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life and treating diverse mental health needs, but my greatest passion is supporting those navigating substance use challenges—helping them find their strength, build healthier habits, and rediscover their sense of self. I bring broad clinical experience and 12 years of Army service to my patients.

My approach to therapy

There are many treatment options available we can use to help you with your unique challenges. These therapeutic modalities encompass cognitive, behavioral, and motivational approaches, as well as the potential use of medication therapy. Our collaboration will be built on a strong partnership, and together, we will formulate a tailored treatment plan designed to enhance the likelihood of successful outcomes.

It's important to me that every patient gains a clear understanding of their treatment plan, with all their questions answered, and the assurance that they have a dedicated partner in their journey towards achieving their unique goals.

I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and guided without judgment. If you’re looking for someone who will truly listen, support you through the hard stuff, and help you move forward at your own pace — I’d be honored to work with you.
