Hello! I'm Keegan Johnston, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with specific training in Mindfulness, Narrative, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. I particularly enjoy and specialize in working with clients on emotional growth and identity, to assist in helping you better understand and communicate your authentic self to others!

I want to help you be become the hero of your own story and believe you have the strength within you to overcome the challenges you're facing! My therapy style uses mindfulness, action-oriented, and narrative therapy strategies to assist you in becoming more aware of your values, goals, and feelings in the moment. With that awareness and the right tools, I am confident you can move towards change!
