Keeley Estrada

Hello! I'm Keeley Estrada, LMFT. I am passionate about supporting my clients in connecting with themselves and what truly matters to them. I understand the importance of having a therapist who gets you and what you are going through.

I completed my masters in marriage and family therapy at USC and bachelors in psychology at SJSU. I have experience working in all levels of care including private practice, community mental health agencies, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization.

I take a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on getting to know the whole you. My priority is that you feel comfortable in therapy, so I strive to create a safe space for you to reflect on your experiences, process your feelings, and gain insight to patterns. Together we will challenge old patterns that are no longer serving you, while building new ones that align with your values. I am here to join you in your process of creating meaningful, lasting change.

You can expect to gain increased insight, new perspectives, and practical tools to help feel more like yourself again. My clients usually notice a difference when they start to speak to themselves kinder, be less hard on themselves, and feel more mindful.
