Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I have training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gradual Exposure/Systematic Desensitization, and trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental way, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, goals, and pace. My style is warm and compassionate, yet structured—helping clients feel safe while also making tangible progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they feel safe to share their experiences. I take time to get to know you, understand your goals, and explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy. Together, we clarify what you hope to achieve and discuss approaches that may work best for your needs.

I focus on creating a collaborative space, so you can feel heard and understood while beginning to develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, OCD, trauma, or relationship difficulties. By the end of the session, clients often leave with a clearer sense of direction, initial tools or techniques to try, and an understanding of how therapy will proceed in a way that aligns with their goals and pace.
