Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling like they've been carrying too much for too long. You may find yourself overthinking conversations long after they've ended, struggling to quiet your mind at the end of the day, feeling emotionally drained by responsibilities, or wondering why things that once felt manageable suddenly feel overwhelming. Others feel stuck in unhealthy coping patterns, disconnected from themselves, or frustrated that anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use continues to affect their relationships, confidence, and daily life. Whatever brings you here, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand what you're experiencing and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and actively involved in the therapeutic process. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences contributing to what you're going through while building practical tools that support resilience and lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered practices to help clients better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, explore the goals that matter most to you, and create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself and confident that we're working together toward meaningful progress—at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I'm committed to helping clients build resilience and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and completing an assessment to better understand your history and current concerns. Together, we'll identify your goals and create a treatment plan that fits your needs. I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to help you make meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
