Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Keely! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Utah. I received my masters in social work from the University of Nebraska—Omaha, and have experience working as a therapist in corrections and group practice with additional experience in medical social work and child welfare. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, including faith transitions; grief and loss; and self-compassion and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. I want to get to know you and understand you so we can work together to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

I’ll spend most of the first session getting to know you! We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and any prior experiences you’ve had with therapy. I also want to know about what matters most to you—what you do for fun, the important people in your life, and things that you do to help yourself feel better. We’ll identify your main goals for therapy and start collaborating on a plan of action.
