Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist for 30 years and have extensive experience in treating stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, low self esteem, and depression. I can help you work through life transitions such as relationships, parenting, work, military life transitions and end of life. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy starts with a warm connection between the client and myself. I am strength and solution focused to move quickly to achieve your goals. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as holistic, relational, and spiritual strategies. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and overcoming symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD.

What you can expect from me

I strive for clients to feel heard and affirmed as well as challenged to work towards their goals. Each session includes a check in to make sure we are on the path the client wants to follow as well as homework to keep forward momentum between sessions.
