Keelyanne Hyland

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I studied Sociology at University of California, Santa Cruz and received my Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have been practicing for 5 years and have mainly worked with adolescents and young adults. I have experience in crisis-intervention, long-term and short term therapy. My approach focuses on gaining personal strength, self-esteem building, and reconnecting with your true self. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I offer a warm, non-judgmental presence, and a holistic perspective that honors you and your life story. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you navigate your journey in therapy. I look forward to working alongside you! Outside of my practice, I enjoy playing guitar, going to concerts, and spending time with my pet rabbit.

I really do meet clients where they are at, as I have a strong client centered approach. I understand the importance of having an extra person in your life that will never judge and always view any issues you are facing with unconditional acceptance and empathy.

During our sessions we will work together to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, leading to improved coping skills and a more positive approach to life. We can also work together to focus developing better relationships, managing your stress and anxiety, and work towards achieving a more fulfilling life experience.
