A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling styles are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Reality Therapy; Family Systems Therapy; Motivational Interview Therapy(MI); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT); and Collaborative Therapy. It is my goal to assist individuals, couples, and families build self-confidence and connect bridges with other individuals in shared spaces without losing themselves.
