My journey in mental health began at the age of 21. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Psychology and started as a case manager in outpatient behavioral health. While continuing to work as a case manager, my journey lead me into nursing. I began my nursing career working as a Med-Surg/Peds nurse, then transitioned into home health/hospice. Finally, I decided to follow in the direction God had been leading me, to be a Psych NP.

I am diverse in treating patients. Everyone is unique in their own way, which requires an open-mind and understanding. I enjoy working with both children and adults, ranging from age 2 on up through the lifespan. I am also CoBALT certified in the ADEC screening process.
