Great to meet you!

I am Keife Earley, a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I hold doctorates in Nursing Practice (DNP), and Business (Ph.D), along with an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MSIO) and an MBA. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood, and eating disorders, integrating evidence-based treatments with holistic approaches to support lasting mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

My care approach is collaborative, holistic, and personalized to meet clients' needs. I combine medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and functional medicine principles to address mental health comprehensively. I create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain practical tools and strategies to manage symptoms, improve coping skills, and build resilience. My goal is to promote self-awareness and long-term mental wellness.
