My name is Keila. I have been in the field for 20 years. I am bilingual/bicultural. I am a-fluent in English and Spanish. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am independently licensed and have been a Psychotherapist for over 15 years. Over the years, I have worked in many systems to help families and individuals navigate through many state agencies and have facilitated clinical support around meeting needs and requirements. I have worked extensively with individuals and families dealing with Trauma, Grief & Loss, Cultural & Generational Gaps, Couples facing divorce or separation and also Youth and Adolescents needing support in areas of growth. I’m also a Clinical Supervisor for clinicians seeking licensure.

My approach to therapy is of a realist nature. I am warm, compassionate and understanding towards others and where they currently find themselves in life. I have a no judgment policy and treat my clients with respect. No matter what walk of life you come from, you are welcomed here.

You can expect to receive clear and concise clinical support and information. Psycho educational materials may be shared and we will explore treatment modalities that may best serve you. We are individuals and there is no cookie cutter approach to life. You will also have a better understanding of what you are currently facing and how to modify behaviors and thought patterns for better outcomes.
