Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with youth, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is direct, compassionate, and individualized. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, build insight, and develop practical coping strategies. I’m especially passionate about helping clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate change with confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to mental health, addressing the connection between mind and body. Using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, I help clients understand and change unhelpful patterns. Together, we build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and support lasting, meaningful change.

I provide clients with practical tools for growth while offering education on emotional regulation and long-term healing. I’m committed to challenging mental health stigma and creating a safe, welcoming space for all.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, and discuss any preferences you have for therapy.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to tell your entire story in one session—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while working collaboratively toward meaningful and lasting change.
