Great to meet you!

Keioni Betton is a trauma-informed mental health professional with over a decade of experience working with individuals experiencing general mental health concerns and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

Keioni takes an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach, including, but not limited to, Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner-child work, and Gestalt therapy to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, healing, and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

For a first session, clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin by getting to know you as a whole person. We’ll explore your current concerns, relevant history, and the experiences or patterns that may have contributed to the issues you’re facing. Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy and begin developing a treatment approach that feels meaningful and manageable. My priority is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and create a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable being yourself.
