Great to meet you!

I am a therapist and school-based social worker who works with children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in supporting anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, executive functioning, as well as school-related stress. With experience in both school and clinical settings, I understand how these challenges show up in everyday life. I also work closely with parents to build practical tools that support growth at home.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, social-emotional skill building, and play-based or experiential techniques when appropriate. I focus on helping children feel safe, understood, and confident while building coping skills that carry over into daily life. I also work to make therapy practical and relevant to each child’s real-world experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on helping your child feel comfortable and getting to know your family. I’ll gather information about your concerns, strengths, and goals, while beginning to build a connection with your child. You can expect a supportive, low-pressure environment and a collaborative plan for next steps.
