Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, multisystemic work, clinical assessments, and substance use counseling. I’ve worked with individuals and families across a variety of settings, allowing me to bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding into the therapy space.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, parents, and helping professionals navigating stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and behavioral challenges. I also support parents seeking guidance and practical tools to better understand and manage their child or teen’s behavior.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Our work will be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on helping you feel more confident, in control, and equipped to handle life’s challenges. For those who prefer it, I offer faith-integrated counseling that incorporates Christian values into the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and solution-focused approach to therapy, recognizing that true healing involves the mind, body, and overall life experience. I work with clients to understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and environment are connected, while also focusing on practical steps they can take to create meaningful change.

Rather than staying stuck in problems, we focus on identifying strengths, building effective coping skills, and developing clear, achievable solutions. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I may ask questions about your background, relationships, and any challenges you’ve been facing to better understand your needs.

This session is also your opportunity to ask questions and share what’s important to you. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discuss how we can move forward in a way that feels helpful and aligned with you. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and at ease.
