Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

Congratulations on taking this sometimes very difficult first step toward personal growth! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in individual and couples therapy for adults. Anxiety, family issues and self-worth are specialty areas for me as well as women's issues, particularly in the area of assertiveness.

My approach to therapy

My belief is that the most important aspect of helpful therapy is the relationship between you as the client and me as the therapist. I strive to help create a relationship of trust, mutual respect and collaboration toward meeting your goals. Gentle challenging with a sprinkle of humor round out my approach in my work.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment will be an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to tell me about YOU and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My intention during our first meeting is to provide a safe, comfortable space for you to explore your intentions and goals. It is also a chance for you to get to know me and determine if this is a good fit for you and if so, we will work together going forward to meet your intentions and goals.
