Great to meet you!

As a graduate of Hope International University, I have learned to integrate my faith as a Christian into clinical practice. For several years, I have served in a variety of community mental health settings where I learned models of therapy focusing on trauma, depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

With warmth, and curiosity I utilize solution focused and cognitive behavioral practices techniques to reduce interpersonal distress. If you are willing, and interested, we can also explore scripture to apply in your treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

While our first session must include an initial assessment, I will also discuss your goals for therapy, as well as your expectations for our work together moving forward. It's okay to not be sure about what you want for now, and it's okay to question things. Just be willing to try and be brave enough to make the mistakes it will take to learn.
