Great to meet you!

I’m Keisha Gaddis, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and have dedicated my career to helping people navigate stress, anxiety, and the weight of expectations with greater confidence and peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and empowering. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can exhale and be your full self—without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” Together, we’ll focus on building clarity, healthy boundaries, and tools you can use in daily life to manage anxiety, boost self-worth, and create more balance. I specialize in working with high-achieving women, moms, and professionals who often carry the load for everyone else but feel overstimulated, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. My style is conversational and supportive, but also focused on helping you make meaningful changes that last.

What you can expect from me

What you can take away from sessions with me:

  • Tools to manage anxiety and stress in everyday situations
  • Strategies to set boundaries and protect your energy
  • Greater clarity about your needs and values
  • Confidence to let go of perfectionism and people-pleasing
  • A renewed sense of peace and self-worth

Together, we’ll focus on small, meaningful changes that add up to a life where you feel more balanced, confident, and at ease.
