Great to meet you!

I work with thoughtful adults who are reflective and capable, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out underneath. Many are navigating life transitions like career shifts, relationship changes, or questions about direction, while quietly doubting themselves. They often feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, pressure, or never feeling “enough.” In our work, we slow things down, understand these patterns, and build a more supportive, sustainable way of relating to yourself and your life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in neurodivergence, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, with a focus on nervous system regulation and a blend insight with action. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and somatic approaches to help you understand your patterns, reduce overwhelm, and move forward with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I help clients untangle anxious thought patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and shift long-standing beliefs that keep them stuck. I offer a space to reset, reflect, and move forward with more ease.
