Great to meet you!

I’m a psychologist grounded in Cognitive‐Depth Psychology, with training that blends clinical rigor and insight‐oriented work. I earned my graduate degree in psychology with a focus on depth‐oriented approaches, and I’ve built my clinical experience across community mental health and long‐term therapeutic work. These settings shaped my ability to stay steady in high‐acuity moments while still holding space for nuance, culture, and the deeper layers of a person’s story.

I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, identity shifts, and emotional cycles that feel hard to break. Many of my clients are thoughtful, introspective people who sense there is more happening beneath the surface of their experiences. I’m especially attuned to the ways culture, family systems, and early experiences shape how we learn to survive, protect ourselves, and relate to others.

Clients often tell me they feel grounded, understood, heard, and not rushed in our work. I bring a calm, steady presence, a deep respect for your pace, and a commitment to helping you understand the patterns shaping your life so you can move toward clarity and change.

My approach to therapy

I practice Cognitive‐Depth Psychology, which means we look at both the practical and the profound. Together, we explore the roots of your struggles—not just the symptoms—so you can build clarity, self‐understanding, and a more grounded way of moving through your life. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. I don’t rush the process or push you into places you’re not ready to go. Instead, I help you notice patterns, connect dots, and develop tools that support both insight and regulation.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation—not a test. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history and your present experience, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. Together, we’ll begin mapping out what healing might look like for you and how we can move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
