A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative approach that is rooted in the belief that my clients are the experts of their experience. Check in, Intervention and Growthwork is my process during sessions

What you can expect from our first session

I empower my clients to meet their goals by empowering them to lift themselves out of their uncomfortable experience. Their desire was to find tangible ways to not only cope with their stressors, but to resolve the impact it has on their wellbeing and mental health.
