Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each person's needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I work closely with clients to better understand their symptoms, stressors, goals, and overall well-being. I believe in combining evidence-based treatment, medication management when appropriate, and supportive care to help clients improve their quality of life and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and comfortable environment where we will discuss current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, treatment goals, and any previous experience with therapy or medications. My goal is to help clients feel supported while creating a personalized treatment plan that fits their individual needs and goals.
