Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Keisha Moore. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I would like to support you in reaching your goals. I am currently accepting NEW client appointments! I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and help folks to recover from trauma and abuse. I support people in managing grief, relationship issues, career challenges and coping with stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience providing therapy to people of all ages, varying faiths, and individuals from varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in many different capacities for over 30 years. I have advanced training in Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), which addresses the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and families suffering from the destructive effects of early trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

TF-CBT treatment is particularly sensitive to the unique problems of folks with post-traumatic stress and mood disorders resulting from sexual abuse, as well as from physical abuse, violence, or grief. TF-CBT is a short-term intervention that generally lasts anywhere from eight to 25 sessions and can be delivered via tele health. I am happy to share more.
