Good to Meet You!

Keisha is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have 15 years of experience in critical care, behavioral health, addiction, and public health. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I provide comprehensive holistic assessments in order to have a collaborative, trauma-informed, evidenced-based, and culturally competent approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing mental health care is holistic, patient-centered, and grounded in both medical & therapeutic psychological frameworks. I look at the whole person and not just the symptoms. I advocate for mental health resources, de-stigmatization, and equitable health care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect me to address their emotional, psychological, and or behavioral concerns with empathy and genuine concern. My goal is to understand the clients' needs and develop a path forward by exploring psychotherapy, medication options, referrals, and lifestyle or coping recommendations.
