Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging when you're juggling stress, navigating relationships, or trying to understand who you are while managing everything life demands. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, struggling with grief, or finding it difficult to balance your own needs with those of the people around you. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, identity concerns, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, anger management, family conflict, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. My goal is to create an open-minded, empowering, and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and build practical tools that help you move toward greater confidence, emotional wellness, and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience where you feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout your journey. I tailor treatment to your individual needs by drawing from Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, trauma, or stress and develop realistic strategies that fit your daily life. My approach balances practical problem-solving with compassionate support, helping you build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be a space where you are genuinely heard without judgment and encouraged to show up as your authentic self. I strive to create an environment that is open-minded, empowering, and approachable, with room for honesty, growth, and even moments of humor along the way. As we work together, my hope is that you'll gain greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and a renewed sense of direction. Therapy isn't about having all the answers - it's about building the tools and resilience to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
