Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for 16 years and have experience working with a diverse client population in a variety of settings including community-based agencies, inpatient psychiatric care and higher education. My primary areas of interest are working with clients with childhood trauma, family of origin/relational difficulties, anxiety, grief and loss, intergenerational difficulties and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe issues stem from childhood, including relationships with ones parents, and like to explore childhood and family history. I strive to help clients uncover what is blocking them from living a fulfilling life.

I offer a holistic approach focusing on mind, body, soul and spirit.

The relationship between the therapist and client is an important part of the healing process. I seek to provide a space where the client feels accepted, supported and validated.

What you can expect from me

Client's can expect to feel supported and heard, to uncover root causes to distress and find ways to transform their lives.
