Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Whether you can clearly name what’s troubling you or simply feel that something isn’t right, you don’t have to sort it out alone. My goal as a therapist is to help you identify, express, and untangle your thoughts and emotions while building the strength to move forward. If you’ve experienced trauma, we’ll process it gently and at your pace. I believe in cultivating calm, grace, and patience as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll draw on your strengths to build resilience, work toward acceptance, and move through grief or forgiveness in a way that feels safe and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, adapting them to your unique needs and personality. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, creating a supportive environment where you can explore challenges and discover new ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to meet you where you are. With patience and care, we’ll create a space where honesty, healing, and growth are possible. If you feel I may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a conversation or consultation using my website or giving me a call.
