Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, family stress, trauma, or the emotional weight of experiences that seem impossible to move beyond. You may find yourself feeling exhausted, disconnected, stuck in survival mode, or unsure how to create meaningful change. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, family conflict, relationship challenges, grief and loss, panic attacks, stress management concerns, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy after spending years putting others first while neglecting their own emotional needs. Together, we'll create a supportive and compassionate space where you can process difficult experiences, strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your personal values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients heal from painful experiences while building practical tools for lasting growth. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and evidence-based strategies that empower you to move forward with confidence. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to tailor treatment to your unique needs. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma recovery, family dynamics, grief, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, stress management, panic symptoms, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier patterns that support long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your story is heard and your experiences are respected. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring challenges at your own pace. Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support healing and personal growth. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased confidence, stronger coping skills, and a greater sense of peace and self-understanding. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with resilience, clarity, and renewed hope for the future.
